Dive into a summer of speed, skill, and spirit with our Summer Swim Team! Running from June 22nd through August 8th, this program is designed to keep swimmers active, competitive, and engaged during the summer break. Whether your swimmer is looking to refine their strokes or shave seconds off their personal best, our coaches provide a supportive environment for all skill levels.
Practices are held every Monday and Wednesday afternoon. To ensure focused coaching and age-appropriate drills, the team is divided into two groups:
10 & Under: Building strong technical foundations, stroke efficiency, and team camaraderie in a high-energy environment.
11 +: Advanced conditioning, refined race techniques, and endurance training tailored for older, more experienced swimmers
All swimmers must be able to lap swim independently. This means developed Freestyle (Front Crawl) and Backstroke, and able to swim the entire length of a 25 yard pool independently. These strokes, along with Breastroke/Butterfly will be developed, along with race skills.
There is a minimum 2 meet attendance requirement. If you or the swimmer do not intend to swim at the minimum meets, then there are other swim lesson options.
Meets are approximately 2 hours in length. We require parent volunteers to help with timing, bullpen and stroke and turn to run swim meets, so please be willing to help volunteer when required.
Due to league rules, swimmers cannot score at meets if they are registered USA swimmers, unless they are transitioning from USA swimming to recreation swimming.

Participants must be 11 years to 17 years old when the program starts.
